98 Lumina High Beam Indicator Light

:banghead: High Beam Indicator Light does not illuminate with headlights on HIGH. Bulb in Instrument Cluster tested and it is good, all lights work normally, hi, lo, park, etc., but High beam bulb does not illuminate. Haynes Manual shows for 1998 only, a "solid state" module in the line between headlight switch (source of power for high beam indicator light), and the high beam indicator bulb in the instrument cluster. Problem must be in this "solid state" module since all other lights work normally, dimmer switch works properly, etc. etc.
Any help physically locating this "solid state" unit that the Haynes electrical diagram shows for 1998 Luminas only? Any idea where it is on the car, and can it be easily replaced? Seems this is the only thing between the headlight switch and the actual high beam bulb in the instrument cluster. Both switch and bulb have been found okay!
I am looking for any help I can get on this one.
