car is dead

i have a 90 accord lx. last october i the car was wrecked . The front drivers bumper, headlight, radiator, quarter panel, and hood were damaged. The car has sat up until now with me trying to get it fixed. Well the battery was completely dead so i got it recharged and put it in the car for nothing at all to happen. The only thing that seemed top work was the horn. I noticed that a line from the negative post was not connected to the car. Can anyone help with my problem? Again as stated the only thing working is the horn.

did you reconnect the ground and try again? are you getting fuel? Spark? check all those and get back to us

I checked it out and found my problem. A fuse for the battery post had blewn. I will change it tommorrow. So far i 'm getting back on track to getting my car completely repaired.
