Problem with windows and locks

My sister has a 98 Maxima and has a problem with the locks and windows. When the car is running and she gets out, the car locks the doors with the exception of the passenger front door on its own. Also, she has came out of a store to find that the car has rolled the two front windows partially down on its own. I know that if you tap the door unlock button twice it will lower the two front windows but she isn't doing that. What do you think is causing these problems?

It will lower the windows if you hold the button. She may be holding the button, or something is pressing it, making them lower just a touch. As far as the passenger door, the auto lock moter may have gone out.
