door panel

my door panels have a brown tint to the tan, how do I clean it everything i try it looks bad, here is a clean pic of the door off the web to see what I mean.

and what scrub it? and then rinse it?

If there really nasty and they won't come clean go to any automotive paint store and have the mix you up some die that matches the door panels and paint them, they'll look just like new.
