I have a 2003 xterra 4x4 it is hitting 90000 miles. I changed the plugs and the coolant. Just wondering if any parts need to be lubed? any greese fittings? if so any how to areas on how to keep it running well. I also already changed the brake pads. but nothing else done. to vehicle. thanks

Only lube item is the front driveshaft. Takes a special needle, or swap the fitting for a conventional grease fitting. Search here for more info and pictures.
