Body Work

I'm starting to get the dreaded cancer around the rear wheel wells on my '99 GP GT. Short of replacing the quarter panels, does anyone have any suggestions for lasting repairs? I've gotten a couple of estimates from body shops, but they won't guarantee the work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
