2001 Header Panel -- Can Someone Help??

I was just curious if anyone knows how difficult it is to change a header panel on a 2001 Grand Am. I am assuming that it is the header panel that is the large black plastic piece in the front of the car that holds the headlights in place. The driver's side headlight will not stay in place without duct tape since the panel is cracked and there's a piece of it missing. I can't get it inspected until this problem is taken care of.
