Bad Front Engine Mount?

Our '99 Max w/130k mi is getting a little more vibration up front. Engine has been tuned and running good. Notice it at idle in gear and a little while accelerating. Does this sound like a worn out engine mount? How can I visually inspect it? How hard to change these out? OEM or aftermarket parts good?

If theyre like this (6.) = semi-open ... then you can stuff suitable fillings (plastic?) to test-stiffen em - see how it goes.
