Vtec Issues Please Help

Hi everyone, I was helping my friend with his 94 teg, its got a full jdm type R swap, front end, right hand drive, but it has a B18B1 LS-VTEC with a gsr trans, I moved all the controls over to the other side of the cars, got all the gauges to work.. the forst issue was that the vtec will only pop with the high beams on, I rewired the switches, lights, and vtec on the ecu, but now the vtec is constantly on and I think the #4 injector is staying on, is the ecu fried or am I? :banghead:

OH, I forgot to add, that the vtec solenoid is on pin A4, the pressure switch is on pin D6, and its a P28 ECU.
