2 problems...both with headlights on '98 civic

Ok, i just got a set of black housing headlights and they looked pretty good for a day or two. I got some new krypton bulbs to put in with them and everything worked out good. First problem, the passenger side headlight is fogged up and has some water/condensation in it, causing it to not only look bad during the day, but not allow as much light through at night. I was told i need to take out the headlight and heat it up with a blowdryer or something, then put it back on and re-seal it with some stuff. The only way i can do that is by taking off the bumper right? How do i do that myself without messing it up?...

Second problem. I know there is a simple solution to this...The new headlights i got put in have clear corner lenses. But the turn signal light still has a shade of amber to it. I just want it to be total white. I have to replace the bulb right? How do i even get to that bulb? it doesn't appear to be entry to the bulb itself but i know there's a way.

bottom line: I want to get rid of the condensation and i want to have my turn signal be clear...

yes you have to replace the bulb and also take out the amber reflector will help, but to get to that bulb you have to take out your headlights which means you have to take off the front bumper which means you then can clear up you condensation problem by blow drying the inside and then going around the outer seal that connects the two pieces of lastic together with some more clear silicone sealant and then you shouldn't have any more condensation problems and then you take out your tyrn signal bulb and put in a different one and take out the amber reflector......................................... ............. do you really want me to continue on?:devil:

yeah i finished that last week. i want to get rid of the amber turn signal bulb. But i did all that work last week. Thanks though, once i find a bulb then i'll go back and change it.
