Leaking roof

I have just bought a 1997 megane scenic and the roof is leaking where the aerial is attached. How can I seal this myself without going to a dealer?

you can seal around the aerial from outside with some water proof sealant, the one you use on kitchen sink or bath is fun. I did it to my car.
