A few mods you can do:
Magnaflow cat = $89
Flowmaster muffs = $180
convert flatbed intake to cone = $40
performance chip = $175
racemod iat bypass = $35
This car was originally made with 281hp but was tuned down before put out on the market. it has incredible possibilities if you have the know how. as is, 210hp. with all the mods above, maybe 220/225. I have yet to dyno test it. gotta get my timing done first.

IAT bypass?
what u mean (sorry)
is it safe to remove the screen at the map sensor.as long as the air filter is clean,it should be fine, right?

iat = intake air temperature. racemod.com offers a resister unit that tricks the puter into thinking its nothing but cold air going into the intake, thus changing the air/fuel ratio. the site claims it gives more hp and torque. without proper testing there is really no way of telling. but I do notice a big diff in throttle response. they also claim better gas mileage. not so sure about that. I work an hour away from home and I spend a lil over $100 a week for gas "premium" plus a pint of seafoam in each fill. the thing with seafoam is it dispenses an abundance of carbon out the exhaust. I have to clean my tips every couple days. it also forces me to clean out the upper intake once a month. i love working on my car so i really dont mind doing it. i also clean the tps and iac while im at it.
I also heard you can use brake line for vacuum lines. I have yet to try it. right now i use silicon hoses from pepboys "$25". flexable, but dirties up quick. this car is so touchy when it comes to vacuum so im willing to try anything to tighten that end up. BUT, there is only about an inch of space to work with behind the manifold, and it takes forver for it to cool down enough to work on it. ill try it one of these days.
the screen was what i was talking about. havent done it myself but read it on a diff board that people did that. I looked for it on my car but couldnt find it. thinking the owner before me had already did it. also heard that new pulleys can make a big diff as well.

That little black square box above the battery terminal is the race mod.
