Has anyone had to change the power window switch? I have a 2002 trialblazer and the power window switch on the drivers door is done I got a used one as they want way to much money for a new one. has anyone changed one of these and will it need to be reprogrammed once I put the new/used one in?
thank you

We are having our power switch on the driver's side looked at ---- works great all year except winter (which here is half of the year) and when its cold outside (most of the winter) it is a real struggle for the window to "get back up". Goes down just fine - just a slow grind on the way up and has sometimes just "died" half way up and we have to wait until the weather warms up or put it in a warm garage.

We had the power switch replaced today and there was no programming needed. they just switched the switchs and my window switch works just like new. We didnt go with a new one as they were way to expensive so we went with one from the wreckers for $50 dollars and it works just like new. I am so excited it is spring and I again can roll my window down and know that it will go back up :grinyes:
