Not to proud in making this post.
I’m having some space problems and so the last 4 models I’ve finished are closed in some boxes waiting until I find some space to put them.
This is what happened to my Ferrari F310B after an heavy object fall on top of it.

Hours of work down the toilette. :(:(:(:(:(

That is terrible but look on the bright side, maybe you could do a diaroma of a wrecked F1 car

Sorry to hear that:( I have dropped a few finished models in my time to. On the bright side it does not look real bad, it looks like most of the parts broke at there glue seams which is MUCH better than the plastic breaking in the middle. I also think this would make a sweet wrecked model to add to your collection, it may have come out different than you planned but just go with it and you may love it more after. Just a little optimisim for you. :p

Oh no!!!

Looks like a lot of it can be salvaged, how about taking the engine out and displaying it alongside another one?

Or maybe make a replica of a crashed f310B ?

It's absolutely every modeler's nightmare. I 've seen in your thread how much attention and time you put into it... Just plain horror.

In an attempt to make a bad situation good at least you have many parts to add to and customise other models. Sorry that happned man.

Thanks for your support guys. :)
The Alpine and the CLK were next to the Ferrari when the Xbox hard-drive (the responsible for this mess) fall so I have to realize it could be much worst.
My first idea was to build a diorama of a crashed Ferrari but I think is better to build a new car using whatever I can save form this one.
The idea of applying those horrible Hi-tech decals again makes me sick. But at least I will have the opportunity to do a better job this time. ;)

Here's a great idea....

I sometimes like how models are displayed alongside their engines... since if you rebuild this kit you'll have two engines, you can make a REALLY nice display with the car and engine shown, with the rear cowl still on the car!

Nuno, nooo!

Man that is hard, I know what you'r going through. I lost a MP4/4 - while moving, the box fell and then down the stairs. Everything was broken, suspension, cowling. From the picture it looks like you could recover it, no? Cowling seems ok, suspension seems ok, no broken or ripped parts, or are there? Is it that bad? Buying a new + decals and all, you know, maybe you should try to recover it first, no?

I'm so sorry man...

Guido

oh, now I see, I didn't noticed first, but the nose section is destroyed...

Then it's gonna be a new one. That place normally doesn't get destroyed in a crash, I can't remember the F-310B being in such a crash... but I can be mistaken of course...

Cheer up Nuno, tomorrow is a new day ;)

AHHHHH !!! OMG!!!

Give me that engine I'll do a conversion ! ;) J/k

I dropped my Hemi, it was a cuda, and the front suspension fell off and one of the side view mirrors were lost because it broke in two :D Everything was fixed except for the mirror that cracked in 2

Sorry to hear about your model :(
