Do you replace the washer on the Transmission pan for the Isuzu Rodeo 04?

It does not look like a crush copper type.

I do replace a new washer for my oil pan everytime I change the oil.

Dealer said they don't carry that kind of Trans washer.

I finally replaced mine because I think someone overtightened it and it was dripping a little. I wouldn't worry about it unless it starts leaking.

I have never changed the washer on my oil drain plug :D
