98dodge caravan won't start

The timing belt was changed and the van was driven. After parking,I tried to start the van,but it wouldn't.The timing belt is not the problem. I checked the spark at the coil ,and there wasn't any.I purchased a new coil and installed. I still don't have a spark ,and I believe the fuel isn't pumping also. I hope someone can help. Thanks!!!
