Corolla clutch life?

I am interested in buying a new '08 since I can get a good deal ahead of the new '09's arriving. I'd like to buy a manual for the improved gas mileage. I've owned sticks in the past, but never for longer than 1 year or so. I plan on keeping this for a while. Any estimates on how many miles an average clutch is due to last? I'm just trying to factor in all costs before the purchase. Thanks.

I have 165K on my clutch

182 000 kms - never had a problem with it.

We have 300 000 km on our clutch, still going....but must need a replacement soon...
