AC problem: no cool air

hi, i have got a AC problem with my 01 GP. the car can not give cold wind. the wind speed do change if I switch from 1 to 2 or higher and we also can have warm wind. but when i turn to cold wind it seems that the temperature of the wind is the same as outside the car. what's the problem?

So basically what you are saying is you are not getting cold air blowing from the A/C system? Is the compressor operating? You may be low on refrigerant (R134a) charge so check the pressure at the low side port and make sure it is in specs based on the ambient temperature.
