Motor Mount Removal Question

I have a 93 bonneville se 3.8 and im replacing my water pump. i am having a very hard time removing the motor mount, however. I have all the bolts takin off, i have jacked up the engine slightly using a board and jack under the oil pan. the mount can be moved around by hand, but will not come off. Can i get some assistance please? Thank you ahead of time.:banghead:
