Passport won't start P1311/12

I have a dead 2000 Passport. Two days ago it shredded the serpentine belt while my daughter was driving, and the car "stopped". She had it towed, the service center put a new belt and idler on, but it won't start. It cranks, but doesn't fire.
I scanned the OBD2 codes and got: P0401, P1311, P1312 (2 occurrences of each). Ignoring the EGR code (P0401) for now, I haven't been able to find much on the other two other than they seem to be Ignition system related and I'm assuming on both sides.
I also disconnected the battery for 24+ hours to reset the computer, but that didn't help. The car was low on oil as well.
I don't actually know much about the ignition system on these, so I'm at a loss where to even start. Is it likley that this problem (whatever it is), is keeping the car from firing? Is it possible that it has jumped timing? Btw, the car has about 100k miles, and I don't have much knowledge of the service history.
Thanks-
