Help with 98 Neon

When turning the steering wheel to the left, the dome light and doors open light comes on, turn it back after you make your turn, they go off. Does not do this turning to the right. HELP

Could be a faulty turn signal switch.

I tried it with out using the turn signal and it still does it. Thanks for the reply.
