3.4L D.O.H.C Timing Question

I just changed the timing belt. The tensioner pulley, actuator, and the two idler pullies were also replaced. I got everything tighten and i had both front and rear camshafts timed properly. After turning the engine over by hand a couple times, the rear camshafts are almost one tooth out (yellow paint doesnt exactly line up), the front is still timed perfectly.
I was wondering if the rear time is out a bit(almost one tooth), if it will cause any problems.

Will run rough with valves not timed equally (uneven power between engine banks). Retime from where it is and turn again by hand (three full revolutions), to check timing mark line-up. You may have gotten a little too much slack in belt when installing the first time.

There are some special tools to set up the timing marks from Kent Moore and they are a must to set the timing marks.
