WHat would be the most efficient turbo for my car that would provide the best spool up time and high end on all stock internals and headgasket. Answer as if all my fuel components were stock and not as if they were modded. I dont know what i should do next.

Well you can't really upgrade your turbo without upgrading your fuel support first. You'll lean out and blow the motor for sure... More fuel, then more air...

SO then get the pump and then the injectors

And an SAFC or DSMLink to control the injectors. Look into a form of 16g or even 14b.

I hate to sound like a complete drone, but you really need to do your own research. Pretty much all of your threads can be answered by you taking a few minutes on Google, tuners, and VFAQ.

Secondly, that kind of a prompt is rediculous. The answer is pretty black and white... small turbos spool quick, dont make a lot of power, and run out of steam on the top end whereas big turbos spool slower, make more power, and dont run out of breath higher in the RPMs. Obviously there will be a LITTLE play in that, but theres not some magic turbo that will spool by 2800 rpms and make 500 whp. Regardless, you dont have the setup to warrant a bigger turbo yet, that is generally one of the last things that should be upgraded.

Before you get a turbo hard on, read up:
