Just bought this car. The child safety locks in the rear doors seem to work fine. But on both front doors:
-The locks dont lock
-The inside lock switch is loose
-If you put the key in it only goes halfway in
I know I need to replace both front door locks, but I am confused as to whether I just need something inside the door replaced or if the key holes are messed up too? also, if you know the part I need could you post a link to it online?
Thanks

Welcome to AF.
I dont believe thier is a child lock on the front doors.
I would try some penitrating fluid before replacing them.
They might just be dirty and some lubriction.
Might also try and look inside the key hole to see if a key or something is broke off inside the lock cylinder.
Good Luck and Happy Easter!

i meant to say that the locks and child safety locks in the rear doors work fine. BUT the front door LOCKS ( i know there's no child safety locks in the front) dont work...
The switches are loose like as if theres nothing connected to them inside the door...

Ok.
Then you will need to pop out the switch and see if the plug is connected. You may even need to remove the door panel.
Thier might also be a fuse or relay, I'd chekc those too!
