93 Regal wireless remote programming

About a month ago I bought my Regal, but it didn't have the wireless remote. I bought one online, but I don't know how to program it. Please help

Contact me via private message with the last 8 digits of your VIN# if your not 100% positive your car had factory keyless entry (it was not as common back then as now) before you waste your time trying to program something that isn't there.
