I have a little problem i have a 96 chevy 1500 with a 6 inch suspension lift and 33 inch tires i have broke 3 CV joints on the drivers side and i was not even driving it hard they just seem to snap as soon as i start having fun haha. is there an aftermarket cv out there to solve my problem?

I have never seen any. You might want to compare yours to a 3/4 ton and see if the ends are the same. That would at least give you more time until they break. You may need to lower the front differential. I know little about IFS compared to solid axles, but I have seen trucks with a 4" lift with the diff lowered, so I'd assume that such a high angle is a common problem with them. Depending on the "fun" you're having, they do make kits to convert the front to a solid axle.

I think i solved my problem. All i had to do was that after closer inspection the torsion bar was cranked right up. so we loosed that off and it dropped the front of the truck two inches. i took it out and had some "fun" and all things are good now

Depending on the left that was installed most of them come with a 2 inch spacer for the driver side. that goes between the diff and the cv shaft so you don't have that issue.
