2001 Accord v6 Issue

this might get kinda long so stick with me:
I have a supercharged 2001 Honda Accord LX. Sometimes when i start it it wants to sputter and then it dies on me and i have to two foot drive it home. It only seems to do this when the car hasnt had sufficient time to cool down all the way. But! when i stomp on the gas it does fine most of the time. I have heard many things and one thing that i heard not to long ago was to replace the EGR valve so i did and that was 130 Dollars down the drain. I dont know what is the world is wrong and if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
