Some help with an Eaton M62

I got an eaton M62 from a person with a Pointaic. I'm intending to swap a turbo block into my car, and supercharge the car, but I wanted to get more farmiliar with the M62 first.
How does the bypass work? I intend to mount the TB from my car on the intake of the intake on the M62 to make it easier to use. What parts will need fabbing, other than a mount on my motor and an idler pulley, and the adapter to use a slightly smaller TB on the larger apature of the supercharger?

Why not just import a complete turbo motor from Japan and bolt it in?

Because I want to build the block, for one. Forged pistons and rods, and possibly a stroker crank. Plus, it'll be easier to figure out engine management if I can keep my stock heads and intake (way less wiring). Plus, I've already got the supercharger, and want to use it.
I'd rather use this for autox, and the better responce of the supercharger is what I'm looking for.
