NEED HELP WITH 93 FWD N/T eagle talon

i just bought a 93 eagle talon and im having an issue on getting it to start. it cranks but will not start. i have done the noid light check and the injectors are not pulsating. i have spark. could it be the multi port fuel injection relay or the ECM??? please help
