Skyline 2000GT-R progress (newbie)

Hey, I'm new in this place. I've just finished the body of a Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R kit. I'm a very fast builder, so in a few days you will see what I made of it. Here's also a picture. Kits I've done before:
Subaru Impreza - Tamiya
Chevy Corvette C5-R - Revell
Ferrari 360 Spider - Revell
Dodge Viper - Revell
Lamborghini Diablo - Revell
Lancia Stratos - Revell

Oh, and I don't mean to be a pain in the arse, but could you please post a pic of the completed stratos ?

That should look pretty nice when its done. Did it come with a carbon fiber bonnet???

Nope, no CF bonnet. And I'll make a picture of the Stratos tomorrow, cause it's dark over here now. The color is Tamiya TS-54 - Light metallic blue. I was in the shop thinking what color I should take. I thought skyline...SKY...the sky is light blue...BLUE :D

Well, the last few cars are looking good. Bus I don't make all kinds of extra's on them. I also won't buy paint for one little piece.

The rest of the paint job is just finished. This is the best fitting and easiest to build model ever!

SWEET! an R30!! i talk to someone in Japan that owns one of those, i LOVE them! old skool cars 0wn me...anyways, it looks great so far! any plans for wheels yet?

I used the normal wheels from the kit. The model is nearly finished! Pics will be on tomorrow.

Who can make decals here? I decided to make all Skyline generations I can find. And spray them in this same color. I want to call them Calsonic street versions. That's why I need decal for them.

Nicely done. Which company made that skyline r31 kit?

It's made by Aoshima, this stuff normally stays in Japan. But my dealer imported it to Holland.

anyways, are those mold lines i see on the hood??? those are ghastly! otherwise, it looks good! need some SUBTLE panel lines and the front needs to be lowered.

We should see if Pauls car has those lines....I dont think those are mold lines...to enormous...

On the box is R30 so i guess it's a R30 :). Who knows if there is a R31 kit?

Looks great with those bonnet difussers. They don't look like mold lines to me at all. The front needs to be slammed somehow, this car would look nice with a little bit of a stance I think. Well it's looking great and good to hear that there's still old skool stuff being built!:D

both the r30 and r31 looks so similar

Who can make this picture for me on a decal. About 20 times. It has to be on a white background of course.

Check www.drucker-onkel.de if you speak german, they could help you and print the decals.

Wow, that sounds good. But first I'm searching for older Skylines. Who knows what ones have been made before the R30? Did it start with R25 or 26 or 27 etc.
