Transmission Leaking

I have a 1999 Olds Alero with a 2.4L and 83K on the engine. The fluid and filter on the transmission was changed and now I am getting a little drip from around the pan. Do you think the bolts are not tight enough or maybe too tight or could the new gasket be bad? What should I look for in order to get this stopped. Thanks.

I'd take it back and have whoever did the fluid change check the bolt torque.
It is also possible you got a bad gasket, but the bolt torque is more likely.
