Clearance item, no return throws a red flag.
Chrome steel piping absorbs engine compartment heat and transfers it to incoming air, so you defeat the purpose of a CAI. The filter is a cheap K+N cone knock-off, they usually aren't worth a damn, look at the $10 ones in the import tuning section at Autozone, you'll see what I mean...
It looks to me like a poser system that wouldn't really do much for performance, and might hurt the motor over time by ineffective filtering.
You're better off with aluminum or phenolic plastic piping and a good brand of filter. Don't waste your money.

Were you referring to the spacer when you said throttle body?
Again, don't bother...spacers can give slightly better low rpm torque in some cases (usually in throttle body injection, not port)...this is not big enough to make any noticable difference, the notion that the inside features corkscrews the intake air or increases flow has been shot down again and again...at best it adds a bit of turbulence that can help combustion on some engines, but Honda motors don't have a problem in this area, they are exhaustively flow engineered, you aren't going to improve on it with add-on parts...

Do you have high performance exhaust system? If you don't the mod that you are doing won't do a thing except for putting a whole in your wallet.
The engine can take in alot of air and the spacer "may" give you better power but all of that "high" input is useless if you have "low" output.
