I have a 1996 Bravada and my blinkers\hazards stopped working completely. About a week before they stopped working the blinkers would flash at varying speeds so i figured i needed to replace the flasher. Before i could buy the part they completely stopped working. I cannot hear the flasher or see anything when i turn on the blinker. By turning on my headlights and checking my brakelights i found that the drivers side parklight out. None of my fuses are blown and I replaced them all a few months ago.
Now for the problem.
I cannot get access to replace the bulb. I removed the grill cover so I could have access to the headlight assembly. There is not enough room to reach my hand in and pop out the park light bulb without unmounting it from the car. For the life of me i cannot seem to get the assembly free. I undid 2 bolts just to the left of the light and one on the top right. It looks like i should be able to slide it to the right and have it come right off by it is still stuck somewhere i cannot find the bolt. Does anyone have any ideas\suggestions?

Do you thing a 1/2" shallow socket on an extension, with some tape inside the socket so's not to break the bulb, could get it?

Nope I dont think so. The bulb is still inside the enclosure and i can barely get a couple fingers back there to touch where it unhooks at.

Thanks for the link, it had pretty much the same steps the manual i bought for the car has but better pictures. Unfortunately they dont picture my headlight. It looks like there is another bolt hiding within the engine compartment that is keeping this thing in. To get to it i either need to go buy a different socket wrench set or remove the washer fluid container. Next time I buy a car I will remember to check how easy it is to replace the headlights. I have done this on several cars in under 10 minutes I cant believe its this hard on this one.
