Looking good, did you have a build up thread of this one? I remember my uncle had the same firebird, but the black paint chipped at the "pointed" corners, dang, it was fast! :coolguy:

I didn't make a thread on the progress of this one, but it is the same old T/A I took photos of before, when it was completey black just about. Thanks for the comments!

Yes I'll get more photos of the Engine, and yes I'll get some better lit photos, but whats wrong with the lighting in those? Your both lucky I didn't pack it away with my Superbird, Benz & El Camino

That is the Monogram kit right? Was it the one with the box that has an orange drawing of a trans am on the front and is a 3n1 kit? I noticed it doesnt have the tinted headlights like the old kit.

I think it's the Revell Monogram one, It does have the orange "Bad Bird" drag car doing a mono on the box. The back lights were just painted satin black, I don't like them red on this.

I'll just put all the engine things up, as it's a completely new engine in there.

Engine: Revell 69 Firebird, 400ci Pontiac Ram Air
Fuel Injection: Revell Corvette ZR1
Turbo: Revell El Camino 3`n1
Nitrous: Hand made from wood dowl
Engine wiring: Model Masters 0.8mm metal wire, red plastic coated

Ok, here is the Nitrous bottles & another shot of the engine. Also a shot of the exhaust, this photo will explain why there are no visable pipes.
