100% new and a important question (Integra)

i already bought the car and he told me 35mpg highway and 25mpg city im just making sure of it,

what would the MPG be to this modified engine

the only way to tell is to fill it up and reset the trip odometer, drive it around and then fill it up again - then divide the miles by how much fuel you used
