PRORAMMING REMOTES for a 2005 MUSTANG

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, i have a 2005 mustang v-6 auto 30k miles. my remoted just stopped working and i assumed my batteries were dead. but i tried both remotes and nothing. i took the car to the mechanic and he said that the computer was soaked with water that came in from the passenger window weatherstrip and down into th body. ultimately frying the pc.(AND NOT COVERED BY A WARRANTY). the car was cycling through everything in the instrument cluster. turning lights and anything electrical on and off all on its own. the car would start but in order to move it i had to put a key in the cylinder next to the shifter to get past the safety switch. when i picked up the car the mechanic never checked the remotes and wants to charge me to fix it.(WHICH IS B.S.). IS THERE SOMEWAY I CAN PROGRAM THEM MYSELF? nothing on either remote works. so for now i have to use the key to enter and make sure i lock up after. any help would be apreciated. my email is [email protected]
