Oil Pan Removal Problem. Please Help

It's my buddys Olds Cutlass Supreme 3.1 Liter. I have everything removed that needs to be removed, all 12 Bolts holding it on to the block, the Air conditioner pump, eveything that needs to be removed. I've also got the 3 bolts off the front of the pan. I have no damn clue on what to do to pry this thing off I cannot get it off for the life of me........... I really need some advice this thing is so sludgy on the outside. Please someone give me some pointers on how to remove this thing.
