hesitation, stalling issues

I drive my usual 1993 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme sl around, its a nice ride, sorta, comes with that 3.1 L V6 engine.
anyways, for some reason it would always hesitate, just as i touched the gas, it would hesitate. i noticed its worse when the car is cold, cold engine and such, once it warms up quite nicely it seems to go away, but can tend to come back at times...and just today i noticed when im sort of on an uphill, when i hit the gas to go, hesitate, and eventually just die. its getting worse and i'm hating it
any ideas or things to look at would be GREAT!
I did replace the IAC, TPS, Throttle body gasket. I'm not sure whats really going on, did do plugs and wires a short while back, maybe last summer, or summer before..
