I would pay like 2-2.5 g's for the car. You could probably get some scratch for that tach, the rims, hood, wing, motor, and crap ass eBay turbo and various other rediculous mods that tool has done... by then you wouldnt have much at all if anything into the car, but you'd have a decent enough 2g body probably with an EPROM and a reason to do a 2gb conversion. :D

Thats a good plan, you just have to buy them for the right price in order to make any money. I bought a 95 civic for $1500 from a chick and her b/f had riced it all out, he was like Advance Auto parts #1 customer or something. But anyways, I cleaned it, de-riced it, and changed the oil and sold it for double what I paid for it.

Exactly, you have to see where you're break even point is. That sounds like a damn good plan, make more than double what you paid for.
