Heat/AC blower not working (1993)

I can't seem to get my blower for heat and AC to turn on. My car sat for a couple of months this winter and when I went to start the car it wouldn't turn on even though the climate control says the fan is on. I checked all fuses and that doesn't seem to be the problem. I did get it to start for a couple seconds when I first started the car but it stopped and won't start again. When driving the heat seems to be working but just no blower. Any suggestions?

Exact same problem here also. Is the Blower Motor dependant on the Blend door operation?

Blend door isn't the problem, this time...

Check your Blower Speed Controller.. There's a large transistor on a circuit board inside there, it comes loose. A bit of good solder should have it running again.
