95 Caravan Problem Setting Up Remote Starter For Trunk Option

hi installed a remote car starter got the door locks to unlock and lock but havent gotten the trunk option to work . Im using a Pro Start remote car starter and i tried to do what it said i guess basiclly cut the Green/Black wire.

here is a link to the wiring color code list and the diagram for the relay to install for the pin 87 i have tried both Ground and 12 volts but it still doesnt pop the trunk

sorry i ment 1992 not 95 but i see 95 and 92 are the same
