Front Brakes Seize On 1992 Camry

We can be driving along normally and after a certain period of time when we apply the brakes the front ones remain pressurized. You can tell immediately because the brake pedal is right at the top and you only have to touch it lightly and the brakes fully apply.
In addition, when you are parked at a stop light the car would normally want to pull ahead if you did not maintain some brake pressure. You can sit without touching the brake pedal and you won't move an inch.
When you check the brakes you can not touch the wheels they are so hot.
Has anyone an idea what to look for to solve this problem ?
Thanks,
Murr

I bet it's either a bad master cylinder or a stuck wheel cylinder. My money is on a stuck wheel cylinder. Download the '94 Camry FSM stickied at the top of this forum and reference pages BR-12 and BR-21.
