Hi
I had searched in this forum about ETamiya and found no serious negative reports, so i ordered some kits from them, paying with Mastercard. Order confirmation and confirmation about the money transaction came within a few minutes.
However the next day I got a mail, that I should please pay by Paypal. I asked back where the problem was, because the credit card was accepted and i don't have Paypal. I then got a reply that they have a problem and can only accept Visa or Paypal... I said I have neither, I will check with my bank about money transfer (what they also mention on their webpage) and asked who has the money if the credit card transaction was reported successful. I didn't manage to get to the bank so far (also to check if the money from the credit card is gone) - and today I first got a mail, that my order has been sent... and 5 minutes later, again saying if I could please pay by Visa or Paypal... I also have the feeling that the one answering the mails doesn't understand everything I say - I'm not sure if my English is faulty or his...
Anyone else had this experience?

I have ordered from Etamiya, and had a relatively smooth transaction.
The only real problem I had with them was they opened two of the kits, and combined all the parts trees and directions to fit in a smaller shipping box.
Wasn't too bad except they combined two porsche kits....
I may have paid using Paypal, so that may have helped smooth things out for me.
good luck getting it sorted out!
