first, you need to tell us budget, and power goals. "some money" could be anywhere from 1$ to 10000000$....

*laughs*..... Sorry bout that.........

1200...... And got up set the other day had an s2000 pull up next to me and didn't really smoke me... Or was he just toying with me....., but would like a more quick accel.. kind of scared of turbos but if that would be better at keep ing the cost down, may do one in the future... Not now...

without going turbo or supercharger, nitrous would be the best bang for the buck. cams, lightweight flywheel, pullies, etc.

if you free up weight in the rotating assembly, you will accelerate quicker.

this could be, lightweight underdrive pullies, a lightweight flywheel, Lightweight rims would have the most affect, but are a bit out of your budget. if you want to stay N/A, then you need to ge the air moving better, you already have an exhaust, and dont want to mod the intake, so other items like cams would help.

even tho you want to keep your intake you could drill holes in the sides and bottom of the stock box to do sort of a swiss cheese thing a lot of vw owners do. either work on lightening internals or work on more air flow like an intake manifold. cams and adjustable cam gear FTW!!
