'90 skylark 2.5 window, speedometer, & odometer problems

Hi, i have a '90 skylark 2.5 that i bought as a first car, i put a aftermarket cd player in it and when i took the dash out my odometer quit working, its stuck at the same miliage i put the stereo in. also my speedometer is about ten miles an hour off when driving( 30 is 40, 40 is 50) Also the driver side window is out of the track and it will not go down unless i push on it and pull down, its a manual window, i would just like to know how to fix these problems.
