I was wondering while looking at those pictures about the grilles on the rear of the car that allow more air to the engine. On your die-cast, the just look about the same as the rest of the car, but they should be a plastic grid or something???

I'll need to start my collection up again. After buying 2 special SE30's which set me back on my target of buying a model a month I haven't had time or the money to do it. That's changed now and I will get back into it!!
Anyone in the UK know a good diecast seller in the UK? I'd prefer to order online as I can't always get into the city.
Thanks!!
And oh yeah that model looks well sweeet!! I think I'll start collecting AutoArt and Kyosho along with some other one I can't think of.

eweston17
02-27-2003, 04:51 PM
I picked up the Muira quite some time ago. I think I paid between $20-$30 for it. Both Autoart Diablos and Murcielago were $50 each, and the Kyosho LP400 and Jota were $60 each.
You still might be able to find the Anson Muria on eBay for a reasonable price. :)
Here a purple Muira on eBay. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3117402719&category=223)

Yes 18 momos, not sure if i have finished or not...i prefer the little spoiler to an evo one which everyone seems to have, my bros red calibra looks awesome, ill get some more piccies up soon.
Calibra;
its got
18's
slammed 35mm
rear low spoiler
roof spoiler
tinted windows
apline stereo
kicker sub speaker
pioneer front speakers
gonna get new uk plates (ones with gb down the left side)
any suggestions on any other mods welcome :flash:
Btw digi if you could find a web that does old style scoobys (the ones with square front lights) i'd be grateful cause my bro wants one for his b/day, but the new style looks gay with round lights...

Instead of the evo wing why not go for an evo bonnet? (hood to the americans). They are smart as!! And it would make a change to the scooby one you see on everything.

Anyone aware of a plastic glue-together model of the Murcielago? I have found an orange one, I think it is a snap-together & a little chintzy. I have been having the hardest time finding a Murcielago glue-together plastic model of any scale (though preferably 1:24, 1:18 or smaller
SuPeRcAr_MaN
03-04-2003, 07:34 PM
Duke, I don't think they make one yet. I didn't even see the Snap-On one, which I would never buy if I did see it. I know they make many models of the Diablo, but no Murci yet. You might wanna check the Automotive Art- Car Models thread though, they now a ton more than me...

Actually, I might not. I'm actually saving up for one of those £100 remote control cars that go about 40mph. My friends got one and I really want to beat him against his Impreza. I might buy a model Countach with the money I get from selling scalextric cars on ebay.

I'ts powered by electricity and I've started to save up for that particular one. I'm hoping to get by summer holidays because we're going to Scotland:( so I'll need something to do.
