Wide white slicks, like so:

I found a great looking set, which include front white wall skinnies, at partsbox. I emailed him to make sure they'd fit my wheels--they don't. Unfortunately, he resin cast them with the white wall "inserts" cast WITH the wheel, and the rubber goes around them... So I can't put the steel wheels I want in them. :banghead:
I haven't been able to find another set--I'd really like fronts to match too, if possible... Anyone got any ideas?
FWIW, I have plenty of non-whitewall cheater slicks, and if I have to resort to painting them I guess I will--I just wanted to look for an aftermarket set first.

Modelhaus makes a set of "T-292 two Racemaster Drag Slick tires with narrow white wall insert, 8.00-14 size, use on 59-62 era cars, flexible black resin", I don't know if that's the right size.
I think RMCM makes slicks as well.

Hmm, never thought to look there... I wonder if they'll still have the height I'm looking for? The real life cars look like they're running 15s...

I think the old 'Lil Coffin kit (custoized '32 sedan w/ a skeleton) came with them which included a white plastic insert for the whitewall. If I remember correctly, it was reissued some time ago, so you may be able to find one on ebay or similar places.
