No Power To Ignition Coil

I have a 2000 Bonneville that is not firing on one of its coils. To start out, I got under the hood, checked for spark between wires and plugs, 4 of 6 okay. So next I checked between wires and coil pack on the ones I had no fire. I assumed that the problem was the individual coil pack. So, I replace it. Still no spark :disappoin . So, I take the original "problem" coil and swap it with a working one. It checks out to be okay. Then, I get gutsy and take hold of the coil, engine running, and not a volt shakes me. My question is, is there some sort of fuse/relay that runs the individual packs? And, is this way I am getting no spark? Please assume that all plugs and wires are okay.
Thanks

I don't like to assume anything. Just pull both wires off the non-firing coil. The spark will jump from one post to the other when the engine is cranked. This will eliminate the possibilty of a bad wire. If you just touched one post you may not get shocked if a wire is bad or if you're not grounded.

The coils don't have separate fuses. Most likely the ignition control module is bad.

i did crank like you said and no jump between posts. 2 of 3 shocked the piss out of me so i'm gonna go with ignition control module.
thanks for the help though. any other possible prognosis?

If the harmonic balancer is bent it might be able to cause it - I'm not sure. I still think the ICM is your best bet. I would think you could get one from a junkyard for $40-$50 with the coils.
