I got an estimate on having the plugs replaced on my 01 Ody. They told me $225. Is this the going rate?
Only reason I was going to let the garage do it was because on some of those FWD v6s you need to be a contortionist to get the plugs on the firewall side of the motor.

Nah, check it out. Real easy to do the sparkplugs on the 3.5L. Pull off the black plastic engine cover. The backs are very reach-able. Remove each coil-on-plug and the sprarkplugs are deep down in the wells. Personally, I'd use only NGK or Denso replacements. I've seen too many issues with Bosch replacement plugs causing random misfires on import engines. I like Bosch products, just not their sparkplugs.

Thanks, I got around to changing the plugs over 6 months and 7K later.
It was a cake job. easiest $225 less cost of plugs I ever made!
