I have an '88 CRX Si and the sparks plugs are in there like a mother, I am afraid I am going to break them trying to get them out. Is there something I can use that will loosen them up ?

Try crossing your fingers when you loosen them up.:grinyes:
Do they look rusty? It wouldn't hurt spraying some penetrating oil on them.

Spray some PB Blaster on them. Be sure you have a nice solid spark plug socket and slip a breaker bar on the ratchet. A few taps with a mallet on the breaker bar should do the trick. GL

I am afraid of breaking them or stripping the threads in the cylinder head. I will try some penetrating oil.

I managed to get 3 out with that PB stuff, On the other one - The socket won't go down far enough and I can't see what it's hitting.
